Buying DejaVu
Is the free version really free?
Yes. Free keeps 3 days of memory on your main display, with every privacy protection, for as long as you like. No card needed. Memories older than 3 days are deleted as they age; upgrading to Pro doesn’t bring them back.
What happens after the year of updates on lifetime?
DejaVu keeps working, with every feature you have. New major features after that year are an optional, paid upgrade.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted without warning. We remind you 7 days before it ends; afterwards your whole memory stays readable for 30 days. Only then does DejaVu go back to keeping the last 3 days, like Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write to [email protected].
How do I activate Pro?
After purchase you get a licence key by email. Click “Open in DejaVu” or paste the key in DejaVu › Settings › Licence. Your memories never leave your Mac.
On how many Macs can I use Pro?
Pro works on 2 of your Macs at a time, Family on 5 Macs in one household. Each Mac is activated once. To move Pro to another Mac, release the old one from the Manage your Macs link in your licence email, or in DejaVu › Settings › Licence (up to 5 times in 30 days).
I lost my licence key.
Enter the email you used at purchase on the licence page and we’ll send your key again.
Do you sell to companies?
DejaVu is a personal tool for your own Mac. It has no team or management features.
